President & Founder - Lee Burton Lee entered the business world as professional sales executive twenty years ago for multi-national organizations. Lee founded SGI in 1998 and grew the company to become one of North America's leading boutique search firms. Lee works extensively across North America and specializes within the disciplines of engineering, sales, marketing and finance. Lee received a Real Estate License while attending Durham College, and studied Anthropology at York University in Toronto Canada.

Vice President, Client Relations - Jan McKay Jan heads our Client Relations. For the last twenty five years Jan has maintained a successful career working with multinational organizations. Jan manages our candidate interviews including technical and behavioral assessments. Jan holds a degree in Human Resource Management and a Business degree from the University of Toronto.

Vice President, Research & Development - Michael Holden Michael manages our contract services business. Michael also manages and provides market research and technical search support. Michael has an MBA from Queens University and a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences.
