An initial meeting at your office provides a foundation for discovery. We will conduct a needs analysis and assist in the development of a recruitment strategy that works best for you and your organization.



Assessment Phase

We begin by summarizing our discussion through a candidate profile that is submitted and approved by you to ensure that we are going in the right direction. A broad net is then cast through our vast network, laborious research methods and referral program to find the best possible candidates. The most qualified candidates will be revealed through meticulous face-to-face interviews accompanied by Thomas Profile Assessments. This unique profile assessment tool will measure management style, behavior and motivation to assist in determining suitability.

Presentation Phase

Finalists are introduced to you within four to six weeks through a presentation summarizing candidate strengths and opportunities for development, professional motivators, current and past experience, and recommendations on how they may be best managed.

Selection Phase

Once a finalist(s) has been selected, a third party reference through First Advantage will complete the search process to avoid a conflict of interest. It is our belief that this method is superior to traditional reference practices because a third party will be absolutely objective and factual. This reference process will include 3 professional references, credit check, criminal check, identity check and education check. Upon final selection we will facilitate the negotiation process by helping you develop, extend and obtain acceptance of an offer.

We conclude the process by advising runner-up candidates of their status in a cordial and professional manner.
